Not sent down to distress you

The Prophet ﷺ was wearing himself out, in worship and in grief over his people. This surah begins by telling him to stop — and then takes him, scene by scene, through the life of another man who was called to a task that frightened him: Mūsā, at the fire, hearing his own name.
