The one people who believed in time

Pharaoh said “I believe” with the sea closing over him, and was told: Now? The people of Yūnus saw the punishment gathering above them, believed, and were spared — the only town of which that is told. Between those two the surah puts its question to Makkah: “Is it a wonder to people that We have revealed to a man from among them?”
